English Vs. Local Language

This is such a debatable issue either the school should introduce English first to students or native languages. Some claim that learning English first gains more benefit than learning the native language. In contrast, some believe that mother tongue should be prioritized. This essay, however, is mainly concerned about that learning English essential but keeping the local language preserved is also fundamental. This also offers realistic efforts to make the local language in use under the threat of dominant language. Numerous online learning resources available in English. Semantic and Syntax Ambiguity

One word can serve more than one meaning. The ambiguous words are ubiquitous or surround us either this is due a semantic aspect or syntactical aspect.  This emphasizes the word "MANTAN' seen in the following picture. That means Bahasa Indonesia and Madurese language. The given word is to show that someone is no longer what they were such as ex-husband or ex-wife, ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend in Bahasa Indonesian. Vocabulary Activation

This is to briefly elaborate how mental lexicon or vocabularies stored in our mind become active either quick or late. I am going to start to explain the idea under discussion from a simple story. Based on my evaluation, they frequently used related words to PERCEPTION such as RUMORS, OPINION, PERSPECTIVE, POINT OF VIEW, JUDGEMENT, and ABILITY.  In different situation, I also asked my students to say one word. In this context, I employed the interactive activation and competition (IAC) model proposed by McClellad and Rumelhart. It is claimed to be old but is still relevant in my context especially. What I did was that I wrote the word "BEACH" as a central word and asked the students what words quickly com

Abstract  Langgher Dhatang symbolizes an Islamic architecture. Some belive that religion should not be commercialized. This article, however, rebuts the given point of views. Therefore, this aims to study three major issues: 1) local perceptions towards the development of Langgher Dhatang as a religious tourism destination, 2) the common-held belief in the interplay between the local tourism destination and economic advantages, and 3) feasible actions to take to make Langgher Dhatang more popular. This employed a quantitave research. Conducting door-to-door interviews with structured questions to collect the data was held. Researchers successfully interviewed 13 local people nearest to the location of Langgher Dhatang as they would be likely to have a direct impact from the scheme. The research shows that the involved participants demonstrated various attitudes when Langgher Dhatang is designed to be a local religious tourism destination. The participants’ responses are aver
